All About El Rey Del Taco

El Rey Del Taco was built for people who love real Mexican food: bold tacos, satisfying plates, and ingredients prepped fresh each day. Today that means two restaurants and a food truck feeding neighbors across Greenacres, Lake Worth Beach, and the rest of Palm Beach County.

Our Specialties

The cooking here is Mexican comfort food, built on slow cooked meats and salsas made in house. Tacos arrive on soft tortillas with onion and cilantro, simple and done right. Bigger plates like alambre, molcajete de mariscos, and chilaquiles verdes con arrachera are made for sharing.

What People Are Saying

"We were a party of 2 and had lunch on Sunday. The decor was lovely. It reminded me of one of my trips to Mexico. They bring chips and 3 types of salsa to the table. We had carne asada, chorizo and shrimp tacos. The food came out quickly. The carne and chorizo were my favorite. "

"Excellent on all fronts. The food was delicious. Each staff member (front and back of the house) went above and beyond for my family’s specific requirements for both accommodations and food allergies. And the newly renovated restaurant turned out beautifully. We’ll definitely be back."
